Safety is not just a statistic at H&M - it is our number one priority. A zero incident policy permeates throughout our entire organization, from our President to every person involved in a H&M project. The stated goal: 'All accidents are intolerable and we will strive to eliminate all such incidents.'
H&M Company's safety program began in 1974 to provide a safe and productive work environment for everyone on our sites. Through the years, H&M has continuously expanded and improved this program through the guidance of our in-house safety professionals and our president and chief operating officer.
Unlike most general contractors, H&M self-performs much of our work which makes our focus on safety more critical and our safety record more indicative of our care and concern of safety on our projects.
